AntDocGUI documentation

This page explains how to use AntDocGUI and deploy it under IDEA Ariadna project.

AntDocGUI suffers from no documentation at the moment. This documentation will be available provided the tool is really used by numerous developers, i.e. if it is worth the cost.

A plugin for IDEA

AntDocGUI is now also an IDEA Ariadna project plugin, and will work from build #642. Since this version of IDEA uses Ant 1.5, you need to use the corresponding AntDoc jar file.

Install

In order to install AntDoc plugin for IDEA, the AntDocGUI_build.xml buildfile shipped within AntDoc release may be used, provided you customize the IDEA_HOME_PATH property. The target assumes that the right saxon.jar is present in your Ant lib directory. Use target "antdocgui.idea.plugin.deploy": this will create a new jar file in IDEA plugins directory, concatenation of AntDoc.jar and saxon.jar. If you simply copy AntDoc.jar into the previous directory, AntDoc generation will not work. You may take a look at the documentation of that target, which is in project "AntDocGUI".
